Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at rilexis We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy sets forth our terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges, and complies with California Civil Code §1723.

1. Return Eligibility & Time Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date of your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
Used, worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items
Final sale / clearance items
Perishable goods, beauty/health products (opened or used)
Gift cards
Items returned outside the 30-day window

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Email us at WicinskyStarkweather495@hotmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
Wait for our return approval and return instructions.
Ship the item(s) to our address with delivery confirmation.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged in shipping), we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label upon request.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (max 10%) if items are not returned in original condition.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item (size/color) subject to availability. To exchange:

Follow the return process above and specify “exchange” in your email.
Additional shipping costs may apply for the exchanged item.

7. Store Credit (Optional)

At our discretion, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit has no expiration date and is valid for future purchases at rilexis.com.
